Please review these instructions to assist with your return and the associated rules and exclusions. We are a small business with limited runs of our exclusive styles so we have to keep things moving quickly.
Smocked Auctions Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only. Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery via our Returns Portal and, once approved, must be placed in the mail within 5 days. Late returns will not be accepted. Items must be unwashed, unworn and new with tags.

Exclusions - Hair accessories, socks, tights, bloomers, face masks, sunglasses, goggles, gift cards and all personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Additionally, Final Sale items and seasonal items outside of the return window below are not eligible for return.
Pre-Order Returns - Pre-order products may be returned within 10 days of receipt as long as they meet all other return eligibility requirements.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Use of this label is required to return your order. A return shipping/restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund upon receipt in our warehouse. Please retain tracking information for all shipments.
You may request an exchange for a new size or color in our Returns Portal. If available, a new order will be placed for your exchange and you will be sent an invoice via email to checkout for this new order. Your exchange is not guaranteed until the new order is paid. If your return is received back in our warehouse within the allotted time, you will be refunded to your original method of payment upon receipt.
Damages and incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of delivery or will not be eligible for return to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued for any damage return requests initiated between 4-10 days after delivery. No returns of any kind will be accepted 11+ days after delivery.

Holiday and seasonal items may not be returned after the following dates.
