SMOCKED AUCTIONS STRIKES EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH SOUTHERN LIVING TO DEVELOP CHILDREN’S CLOTHING LINE
DALLAS, May 1, 2014 - Smocked Auctions, a Dallas-based online designer and retailer of children’s clothing will design and distribute Southern Living’s first licensed clothing line. Together, the two brands will debut six collections of Southern-inspired apparel for children ages three months to six years old.
“When we started talking with Southern Living about collaborating on a clothing line, we knew that it was the perfect fit. So many aspects of the Southern lifestyle and what Southern Living represents are aligned with our own philosophy,” said Amy Laws, co-founder of Smocked Auctions. “Our inspiration for the collection will draw from the best of life in the South - beach vacations, family weddings, small town parades and holiday gatherings - quintessential Southern experiences that signify the lifestyle already celebrated and enjoyed by Southern Living consumers.”

The partnership will debut with The Monogram Collection, a premier collection of dresses, jon jons, bubbles and short sets for both boys and girls, each smocked with a one-initial monogram in one of Southern Living’s beautiful trademarked fonts. Five additional collections will be released
