Blue Stripe Lobster Smocked Dress and Bubble

DALLAS, January 15, 2014 - Smocked Auctions has unveiled its Spring 2014 collection featuring new spring themes on classic Southern looks. The Dallas-based online designer, manufacturer and retailer of children’s clothing drew inspiration from iconic, Southern beachside towns and family summer getaways to develop its newest collection of clothing for children ages three months to six years old.

Hallmarks of the spring collection include blue hues, pastels, lobsters and whales and horizontal stripes on dresses, rompers, bubbles, pant and short sets, jon jons and big brother polos.

“Our spring line is reminiscent of our annual family summer getaways to beachside spots like Rosemary Beach and Seaside,” said Amy Laws, co-founder of Smocked Auctions. “We found inspiration everywhere we looked, from the horizontal stripes on a local candy shop’s awning and the annual Fourth of July parade, to crab races on the beach and everything in between. The spring collection creates a sense of nostalgia and represents many of the memories associated with family vacations and ideal Southern coastal towns.”
